Pony Express Days...

Eagle Mountain had their city celebration this past week, called Pony Express Days. On Saturday, Bridger and I went to the parade...Bridger loved it! It was actually a pretty long parade, I was surprised! I think my favorite thing to see in the parade was the missionaries in a golf cart...how great is that?! Bridger got a balloon in the shape of a flower and thought it was the greatest. These pics are from the parade...my neighbor took them and they turned out really cute! We also took Bridger to the carnival Saturday evening. We took him on a few rides, but I think his fave was the boats, because he could drive them and ring the bell on the boat. Every time he would pass by us, he would say, "I'm driving the boat." I think he had a great time and it was so fun for us to see how excited he was about it!

Island Park...

Josh, Bridger and I went to Island Park this past Thursday through Sunday. My dad and his good friend Bart were making their annual Henry's Lake fishing trip, so I decided to come along, since my grandma and her husband were up there. We had a great time and it was nice to get out of the house. Island Park is so beautiful right now, I just love it...it is so peaceful. Bridger had a great time amusing Grandma and Grandpa (my grandma's husband, Merlin). We took Bridger to Big Springs, where there are usually an incredible amount of huge fish, but for some reason there were only about 4 fish we saw...but Bridger was okay with that. We brought popcorn to feed the fish, but they weren't interested, however the seagulls were and Bridger loved this! He constantly threw out little handfuls of popcorn until it was all gone. Josh also had a great time fishing. I am posting a pic of him and JD with some fish Josh caught...sorry the pic is probably a little gross to some of you! Anyway, it was a very nice weekend!
