4 months already...

She is officially a finger sucker! She won't hardly take a binky now! The finger sucking is cute now...we'll see how it is going when she's 2 or 3!

I cannot believe Kenna is already 4 months old! Time has flown by so quickly! She is getting cuter and cuter every day and is more and more fun! She had her 4 month checkup yesterday, so here are her stats:

Weight: 12 lbs 3 oz (19th percentile)
Height: 24 inches (39th percentile)

Head: 16 1/4 inches (59th percentile)

So, yes, she is tiny and has a big head! The doctor said that most babies her age weigh around 13 pounds, so she's a little small, but he said she is just petite. I do need to try to get her to eat a bit more, because I told him how much she was eating and he said she should eat a bit more, but he's not concerned. She's doing well! She sleeps from about 8 at night until 7 or 8 in the morning, so no complaints there! She smiles all the time and is interacting with us a lot! We love our Miss Kenna!

Easter Fun...

Okay, brace yourselves for a long post with a lot of pictures!

The Easter Bunny brought Bridger a bike for Easter, since his birthday and Christmas are both in the winter, thus making a bike not so fun! The bike is so adorable! He did pretty good on it for his first time! He also got a helmet, but his head is way too big for him, so we need to get him a different one!

This super goofy picture is what you get when you try to have a 3 year old smile for the camera...what a stinker!

Bridger got a watch and an outfit for Easter from Grandpa and Grams Johnson. He absolutely loves the watch! He stares at it all the time and is always telling us what time it is. I think this was a great idea, because he is always asking/telling us the time anyway, so this will be fun for him...too bad it will be a while until he can tell the time!

These are my adorable little ones in their matching Easter clothes! It was so fun to dress them in matching outfits and then to also adorn Kenna with a boy and bracelet! They looked so cute!

Yes, Kenna loves her tongue! And those are the gifts she got from Josh's parents.

Kenna and Aunt Feli! Feli does great with Kenna! She was so wonderful with her and got her to sleep a time or two...thanks Feli, we love you! Also, Kenna's little bit of hair is the same color as Feli's, which is gorgeous, so it would be fun if it stayed that color! Anyway, cute pic!

Bridger loved dying Easter eggs again this year! As usual, he didn't make a mess of it, because he didn't want to get his hands dirty! He did great and even made eggs for Kenna!

There was an Easter party on Wednesday for Bridger's preschool group. It was a lot of fun! There were a ton of eggs hidden, so each child got between 10-12 eggs. It was great because they didn't have to fight for space and they each were able to get so many eggs! They had yummy cupcakes after! The only problem is it was sooo windy! Kenna's stroller even started to blow away...crazy wind!

So, there is our long, random crazy post! Hope you could understand it all! We're doing great! Time sure flies though, Miss Kenna will be 4 months tomorrow (Tuesday). I can't believe it's already been 4 months! She's doing well and has been sleeping through the night for about a week now, I love it! We're house hunting and will update the blog when we for sure find a house!

Moving and Mystery Keys...

Okay, everyone...first of all, we sold our house! We were lucky, it was only on the market for about 3 weeks total! We are super excited, but sad to leave all our great friends and neighbors! Now we need to find a house and hopefully we can find one quickly! We close on May 12, which is Josh's birthday(that's fun!), so that's not a ton of time, but we can do it! We're looking primarily in Saratoga Springs, near the lake...we just really seem to love it there!
On to the mystery keys...so, about 2 or so years ago, I lost my keys. I went through every thing in my entire house, checking closets, all of Bridger's toys, etc. I finally concluded that Bridger must have thrown them away, because at the time, he was into throwing things into the trash can all the time (he was only a little over 1, so tis the age!). Well, tonight we pulled out our oven to clean under it (which was nasty, I might add!) for the new owners' sake and lo and behold, there were my keys from 2 years ago! Can I tell you how crazy that is and how excited I am!! I've been using a copy of a copy for my car key and a copy of the house key for 2 years and they just don't work as well as the originals. I also really loved one of the key chains on that set of keys as well (a cute one from Lake Powell). Anyway, sorry Bridger that I blamed you for throwing my keys away! Still not sure how they ended up behind the stove though...

Reading buddies...

Yesterday I was doing my hair, so Bridger was bored. He informed me that he wanted to read some books to Kenna. So, I got them all set up on my bed, got them some books and they were good to go! It was super cute, Kenna was actually kind of paying attention and Bridger was trying to show her all the pictures and "read" it to her. I love the brother/sister relationship! They are so cute!

Need Help...

That's one of my favorite hairbows and I love this pic!!!

Hey everyone! A lot of you know that I love to make hairbows. I have decided that I would like to try and sell them because I love making the bows so much (and seriously, Kenna can only wear so many!). I am going to work on putting together a blog or website on which I will sell hairbows, bracelets, bow boards, binky holders, etc (and any other ideas you may have) and I am trying to come up with a name to call my little "business". I really like Sweet Baby K, but after googling it, I saw that someone has an etsy store called "Sweet Baby K Bowtique". Do you think this would be a problem? So, let me know what you think about that and what you think about some of the possible names I have come up with. If you have any other suggestions, of names, let me know too, I would love to hear them! I would like to use some part of Kenna's name in it, like the "K". I would love any and all feedback, so let me know! Thanks everyone!!!
