Today we had a fun play date with a bunch of our "Eagle Mountain Friends". There were 7 of us ladies and all our kiddos...some of us don't live in Eagle Mountain anymore, but we were all in the same neighborhood at one point. It was so much fun to get together and visit with everyone and let the kids play...one of the ladies we hadn't seen in at least a year...sad! We met up at Farm Country at Thanksgiving Point...they have quite a few farm animals there, pony rides, etc. The kids had a blast seeing the animals and riding the ponies! Kenna was funny...she was very cautious the whole time. I would put her down so she could walk around but she would mostly just stand there and watch...I think she was overwhelmed by everyone and everything. She did love the pony ride though! After the Farm we went to a park so we could eat lunch and the kids could play. It wasn't as warm today as it was supposed to be, but it was okay and we had a great time! Yea for warmer weather coming, yea for outdoors and yea for friends!

FUN!!! I hope you guys do this again. We saw this activity posted on the neighborhood blog but couldn't make it today. BUMMER! Garison and Libby really like Farm Country!
Such a fun day. I'm glad we ventured out even though the weather man lied. Let's do it again soon!
Actually - we should do a ladies' day and go to the tulip festival. What do you think?
