Yesterday, Josh, Bridger and I went to the Bingham Copper Mine (Kennecott). I went there once way back in college as part of a geology field trip, but didn't remember tons about it. Anyway, Josh had been wanting to go there, so we finally made it yesterday. Bridger couldn't even stand how cool it was! There were huge trucks...seriously huge...look at the pictures of the huge dump trucks next to regular pickups. Bridger probably could have watched them driving around all day...he wanted a picture of him with the trucks, but that was tricky to get. There were several little things to see outside and a museum inside. Bridger definitely loved everything outside the best, but there were plenty of things for him to see inside as well. It was a fun little outing and it was interesting to check out the biggest copper mine in the world...right in our own back yard.

What a fun idea for a day trip! I bet Bridger went nuts over those huge trucks. We took Mia to the fair today. She was not too sure about the animals. The pigs terrified her. They are pretty ugly. Justin said he wanted a pork chop. What a funny guy.
